We are seeking a dynamic and strategic interim manager to analyse and optimize the commercial operations across the EMEA & APAC regions.In this key role, you will align regional demand planning with customer services, drive operational excellence, and design future organizational processes.You will collaborate with regional sales directors, sales enablement teams, logistics, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless, cost-effective, and client-centric operations.

This position will be based in Brussels, Belgium, and report to the Head of Commercial Operations.

The Freelance Commercial Operations Improvement Manager's key responsibilities will include:

  • Set up the best organisational design for the Demand Planning & Customer Services teams to ensure consistent and accurate delivery of products and services across the EMEA & APAC regions.
  • Operational Excellence: Analyse and develop the best operational business processes to achieve client satisfaction, cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Business Process Optimization: Identify, design, and implement process improvements across the commercial operations landscape.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between regional sales directors, sales enablement teams, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure smooth and productive collaboration.
  • Sales Enablement & Support: Work closely with the sales enablement teams to ensure that commercial operations are aligned with sales objectives and support revenue growth.
  • Organizational Design: Lead efforts to design the future state of the commercial operations function, aligning it with long-term business objectives and market demands.
  • Change Management: Guide and support the operational teams in transitioning towards a more efficient, effective, and client-centric customer operations department.
