As Inside Sales Specialist you will have the following responsibilities:
- You handle customer inquiries in a sales-oriented manner.
- You ensure clients receive relevant information with a particularly focus on air freight activities.
- You endeavour to schedule appointments with potential clients for the Sales Representative; you promptly provide pricing details regarding air freight to (potential) clients or international branches.
- You gather necessary information from clients to prepare offers.
- You calculate prices based on current freight rates and input from your operational colleagues.
- You actively monitor and follow up on sent offers.
- You facilitate smooth communication with relevant departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
