The Service Coordinator occupies an important position in the execution of Service projects and activities performed by Motion & Drives Service Engineers team in Belgium and Luxembourg.You will be coordinating and planning the provision of necessary resources, spare parts and logistics for on-site service jobs, ensuring that the process is seamless, from quotation to acceptance by the customer.Reporting to the Service Manager, during the execution of a service job you will act as the key point of contact for the customer, Field Service Engineers, our factories and external suppliers.

Your responsibilities - Acting a key point of contact (mail and telephone) for customers and service engineers
- Planning Service Engineers’ maintenance interventions with our customers inclusive the logistics flow
- Providing work description to engineers for the service execution and prepare job safety plans where needed according to ISO, VCA norms
- Following-up all ongoing projects to ensure effective project delivery
- Managing all required reporting and documentation and overseeing the timely registration of necessary data in the system
- Reporting and taking required action towards our customers and sales team based on maintenance reporting
- Identifying key improvement opportunities in products, services and processes, and disseminating the findings
