As leader in Belgium in the Corporate market, we have a complex landscape of processes and applicationsThe IT P&C Corporate Agreements & Financials team is responsible to provide and support mainly mainframe applications that handle corporate contractsYou will work as Senior Business Analyst in the P&C Corporate Agreements & Financials team where you will be fully assigned to activities related to projects & maintenance.With your business stakeholders, your role will be to define business requirements (including test cases), follow up the IT delivery and test the features delivered by our development team before handing over to business.

Binnen dit team zal je als Financial Analyst de volgende activiteiten uitvoeren:

• Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de processen mbt de jaarlijkse budgetronde en trimestriële forecasts;
• De output van de budgetronde en forecasts in overeenstemming brengen met de strategische planning;
• De algemene onkosten (volgens kostensoort of volgens directie) opvolgen en analyseren, en aanbevelingen formuleren om het management te helpen bij zijn beslissingen;
• De hefbomen identificeren die het mogelijk maken het niveau van de algemene kosten te beheersen en deze opvolgen;
• Prognoses maken van de algemene onkosten volgens directie of volgens kostensoort en meer specifiek voor de IT Business Unit;
• Kostenverdeelsleutels definiëren om de kosten toe te wijzen aan de verschillende Business Units en AXA producten;
• De kosten analyseren per P&L (Leven of Nietleven) en het resultaat voorleggen aan de Business Units;
• Communiceren met de directies van AXA Belgium en AXA Groep over het geheel van de kosten;
• De business cases controleren en de voordelen van de voornaamste projecten opvolgen;
• De tools van Finance (SAP, Anaplan, Power BI…) beheren voor de goede uitvoering van al deze activiteiten;
• De consistentie van de verschillende oefeningen van Finance actief helpen bewaken;
• Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het goed verloop van de verschillende strategische oefeningen.

  • Supervise the preliminary study and shape the start-up of the project

  • Draft and follow up the project plan and ensure that the necessary documentation is created
  • Assure compliance with Legal Obligations (like GDPR, Security, …)

  • Manage the project team
  • Assure a correct stakeholder management in order to provide optimal business satisfaction
  • Connect and collaborate with the client, IT Business Relationship Partners, IT Architects and the delivery teams, as well as with our external sourcing partner TCS and various suppliers
  • Act as a central point of contact for all questions regarding the projects assigned to you
  • Orchestrate activities between different IT and business roles (architecture, analysts, delivery managers, business)
  • Monitor the project budget and estimates
  • Identify, manage and mitigate issues and risks, coordinate towards solutions in close collaboration with the project team and / or the IT supplier and escalate before it's too late
  • Organise / set up and lead the project status and steering groups
  • Manage scope changes and their financial and timing consequences
  • Ensure the timely delivery of all activities that fall under the responsibility of the project
  • Define and agree on communication, training and handover towards the involved internal client
• Reporting & Quality Control
  • Conduct internal quality controls to guarantee the quality of the deliverables
  • Master, follow-up and report the status/progress of the project in terms of scope, budget and capacity
  • Run intermediate project reviews and determine improvement sessions
