Je houdt je bezig met de verkoop, onderhoud en herstellingen van scanners bij klanten.De job bestaat gedeeltelijke uit bureauwerk, maar je gaat ook regelmatig de baan op om bij klanten langs te gaan.Als Customer Support medewerker speel je een belangrijke rol in de Project Delivery organisatie en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van onze klanten.

Je taken bestaan uit:

- de aankoop en verkoop van scanners.

- de installatie, configuratie, onderhoud en herstelling van scanners

- het opvolgen van de behoeften en noden van onze klanten

- Gebruikerstraining geven voor het gebruik van de scanners.

- Ondersteunen van onze portfolio van eigen gebouwde software en projecten bij bestaande

klanten d.m.v.remote control tools.

- First en Second line support, afstemming met en opvolging van Third line intern en hardware

support met externe partners.

- Hardware Support, First en second line support.

- Opvolging van toegewezen interne projecten.

- Input voor management meeting, strategische meetings, infomeeting en sales meeting.

- Input voor optimalisatie van processen en procedures, zowel interne als externe.

- Afstemming met en feedback aan Project Delivery, Project Delivery Managers, Product

Development en de CTO.

- Tijdens klantenbezoeken detecteren van nieuwe opportuniteiten en leads.

- Opvolging van nieuwe of aangepaste noden van klanten.

- Wijzigingen, nieuwe projecten, leads en opportuniteiten loggen en opvolgen.

In this generalist role, you will provide strong support and coaching to Lines Managers across the varied generalist remit of HR.You will drive a positive employee experience through acting as first point of contact for employees and line managers on HR related matters.You will report to the Human Resources Manager Belgium.

Key responsibilities

  • You act as a strategic partner to line managers, supporting them in achieving their business objectives from a people perspective and fostering high performing teams.
  • You develop and sustain credible working relationships with line managers with an ability to influence them through the provision of specialist HR advice in line with company policies and labour law.
  • You will be the primary point of contact for HR inquiries from line managers and employees, offering professional support and guidance.
  • You will manage HR administration tasks including employee contracts, benefits, and lifecycle processes while ensuring compliance with social legislation and company policies.
  • You actively participate in the development of HR policies and procedures in compliance with current regulations.
  • You will contribute to existing HR projects and help develop new HR processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • You deliver HR training to line managers and employees to ensure they have the appropriate skills and knowledge.
  • You will collaborate with specialist teams in HR and Finance to ensure seamless operations (Recruiting, Payroll, Learning).
  • You participate actively to create a positive and engaging working environment through offering HR incentives and activities.
