Als IT Functional Analyst heb jij volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

• Je analyseert de functionele behoeften en uitdagingen van de zakelijke gebruikers op basis van de bedrijfsprocessen van het bedrijf;
• Als basis voor optimale IT & Digitale oplossingen, maak jij haalbaarheidsstudies en vertaal je de behoeften van de eindgebruikers naar functionele eisen;
• Je stelt de beste en meest efficiënte oplossingen voor en valideert hun volledigheid, kwaliteit en conformiteit;
• Om de functionele en technische aspecten van de oplossingen, hun sterke en zwakke punten, mogelijkheden en potentiële verbeteringen te begrijpen, zal je de contacten met zakelijke belanghebbenden onderhouden;
• Functionele applicatie- en datavereisten zal jij identificeren en adresseren;
• Jij zal de kwaliteit en correctheid van de geïmplementeerde oplossingen testen en valideren;
• Je creëert en onderhoudt technische en functionele documentatie; 
• Ontwikkelaanvragen voor de aanpassing van bestaande applicaties en ontwikkeling van nieuwe applicaties dien jij te behandelen.

Function  description    

 

As an analyst, (s)he should be able to:

• Get a clear view of all the data sources available in Axepta environment.
• Communicate efficiently with business departments to gather, understand and translate business needs into clear requirements.

 

As a Data Analyst, (s)he should be able to:

• Identify which data are required to build the expected reporting
• Build reports via Tableau CRM (Salesforce), Tableau or Power BI.
• Export, merge and transform data into Excel (with Power Query) when it cannot be made through usual tools (e.g.in case of data migration from outer systems).
• Ensure data quality by implementing controls on the imported data.
• Discover trends and patterns that could bring value to the business.
• Organize and document functionally implemented reports.

 

As a Business Analyst (secondary role), (s)he should be able to:

 

• Meet and communicate with IT & business stakeholders to assess the impact of and possible solutions to the deduced requirements.
• Analyse and document business processes by using BPM methods.
• Analyse and documents functional impacts (functional specs, data flow, data dictionary.) 
• Execute functional tests, and take occasionally the role of Test Manager.

• Support the business during User Acceptance tests.
