Coördinatie en opvolging

• Toewijzen van taken en projecten op basis van competenties en beschikbaarheid van teamleden.
• Zorgen voor een efficiënte en effectieve IT projectopvolging.

IT-beleid

• Opstellen en permanent bijsturen van de IT-strategie gealigneerd op de business.
• Uitwerken, analyseren en bijsturen van de procedures en richtlijnen.
• Uitbouwen van een effeciënte IT organisatie, in staat om de business vereisten zo effectief mogelijk in te lossen.
• Jaarlijks opstellen en opvolgen van het IT-budget.

Managen van medewerkers

• Optimaliseren van de samenwerking tussen de verschillende leden van het team.
• Formeel en informeel coachen van de project coördinators en de data administrators.
• Stimuleren van de ontwikkeling van de project coördinators en de data administrators door identificatie, organisatie en opvolging van trainingsbehoeften en –wensen.
• Voorbereiden van de nodige analyses en opstellen van de reguliere rapportering naar directie en andere afdelingen.
