As Office & Administrative Assistant, you will perform the following tasks:
- Meet and greet all visitors while assisting them with their enquiries and accommodating them within the office with adequate resources and hospitality
- Manage the booking and set-up of meeting rooms, notify staff of all appointments, co-ordinate the administration and facilities of all technical or other related equipment in the meeting rooms
- Manage all incoming phone calls appropriately
- Liaise with the building concierge to ensure that the mail is delivered, sort the mail
- Manage transport bookings for the staff, clients and guests whenever necessary
- Order breakfast/lunch for meetings, whenever necessary
- Assist the Office Manager and the administrative team with ad-hoc tasks: smooth running of the office (condition of the office, cleaning services, etc.), contact with suppliers, coordination of office events, agenda management, meetings coordination, etc.
