For our Brussels office, we are looking for a Junior Facility Assistant to join our team.

About the role
The Junior Facility Assistant will primarily support facility operations, with occasional duties as backup for reception, and will report directly to our Senior Facility Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
- Possess a good understanding of technical matters, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power.Point), and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining office equipment, such as tablets and charging stations.
- Aid in ordering office supplies and sourcing new suppliers.
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities to improve office operations.
- Coordinate and organize company events, which includes scheduling, logistics, and communication with vendors and participants.
- Adapt and evolve in the role, with a focus on facility management tasks.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls as backup for reception.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
