Responsibilities of an IT Industrial Engineer:

  • Collaborate with a diverse team including industrial engineers, operations managers, and IT experts to evaluate existing manufacturing procedures and pinpoint areas ripe for enhancement.
  • Conceptualize and deploy digital innovations like Io.T devices, automation frameworks, and data analytics platforms to amplify efficiency and output within the factory environment.
  • Construct and uphold real-time monitoring mechanisms to oversee crucial performance metrics (KPIs) and promptly identify any production bottlenecks or concerns.
  • Apply sophisticated data analysis methodologies to extract actionable insights from manufacturing data, facilitating informed decision-making and process refinements.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through the execution of IT initiatives, ensuring that they align seamlessly with the overarching business objectives.
  • Remain at the forefront of technological advancements and industry developments, assessing their potential implications on our manufacturing landscape and proposing inventive remedies.

The Manufacturing engineer: Quality Improvements we are looking for acts as an internal focal point for quality issues (internal RDR's and customer NC's) on composite parts;

  • Lead of structured problem solving to eliminate these quality issues;

  • Lead problem solving kaizen workshops and support quality scrums to eliminate these quality issues;

  • Assure reinforcement of introduced countermeasures;

  • Structured problem solving to optimise the process efficiency to reduce the operational cost;

  • Actively supports the operational departments to assure on time delivery to our customers;

  • Introduces, controls and maintains process monitoring to improve (cost, time, quality) the manufacturing processes;


  • Master of Science (Industrial or Civil Eng.) (Electro-Mechanics, Mechanics, Materials, Aviation/Space, …)

  • Min.3 years of experience in production, engineering, manufacturing engineering

  • Problem solving expert in low volume (composite) manufacturing

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Quality and result oriented with attention to detail

  • Experience with composites and composite manufacturing is a big plus

  • Experience in Aviation and Aerospace or Automotive is a plus

  • Knowledge of APQP/PPAP is a plus

  • Fluent in Dutch and English

  • Experience with CAD software, preferrable Catia and Autocad is a plus
