Omschrijving

Je krijgt de kans om te werken aan diverse projecten binnen de sport- en evenementenindustrie, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met ons ervaren sales team.Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Identificeren en benaderen van potentiële klanten, waaronder sportorganisaties, sponsors, en evenementenbureaus.
  • Het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met bestaande en potentiële klanten.
  • Het presenteren van onze diensten en op maat gemaakte oplossingen aan prospects.
  • Het ondersteunen van het opstellen van offertes en het onderhandelen over contracten.
  • Het bijwonen van netwerkevenementen en conferenties om ons bedrijf te vertegenwoordigen en nieuwe kansen te ontdekken.
  • Het nauw samenwerken met andere afdelingen, zoals marketing en operations, om de klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.

Commercial

  • First point of contact for customers via emails, phone, trade shows, prospection journeys
  • Together with your colleagues, draw up an annual commercial action plan to generate sales in a market segment entrusted to you, guarantee its follow-up and measure its profitability.
  • Guarantee the development, follow-up and creation of a customer and prospect file within the market segment and the follow-up of the data in the customer file.
  • Identify new potential projects or clients.
  • Prepare and follow-up a monthly prospect schedule.
  • Organize on-site visits.

Creation of global commercial offers

  • Defining the customer's needs in order to create personalized offers.
  • Check the solvency of the customer with financial department.

Promotion-marketing

  • Be able to anticipate the changing markets and to constantly make adequate proposals of products and services.
  • Participate annually in the preparation of the company's communication plan in accordance with the promotions undertaken in the targeted market segment.
  • Participate in all promotional and prospecting operations int the context of fairs, workshops and organized by SQUARE-Brussels convention Center.
  • Be a proactive representative of the organization and the group GL-events.

Als Senior Communication Specialist hou je je bezig met het beheer van de verschillende communicatiekanalen binnenin het Sales & Marketing-departement.Hiermee zorg je ervoor dat alle communicatie vanuit Patronale Life groep op een duidelijke en consequente manier verloopt naar externe partners en klanten toe.

Enkele specifieke taken die je moet uitvoeren zijn:

Beheer Flexmail (e-mailmarketing software)

  • Ons makelaarsnetwerk op de hoogte brengen van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen.
  • Mailingcampagnes op poten zetten met automatische flows, formulieren, etc.
  • De Event Manager bijstaan met de communicatie omtrent evenementen.

Beheer van de sociale media (Linked.In, Facebook, Instagram)

  • De communicatie op onze sociale mediakanalen beheren.
  • Marketingcampagnes ontwikkelen op onze sociale mediakanalen.

Beheer van Patronale Life groep websites

  • De content van onze verschillende websites beheren en continue bezig zijn met het optimaliseren van het gebruiksgemak.
  • Zich bezighouden met de SEO van de websites.
  • Een periodieke rapportering opstellen van het verkeer op onze website.

Organisatie van webinars en opleidingen

  • Webinars omtrent onze diensten en producten produceren en organiseren.
  • Opleidingen organiseren, zowel aan interne als externe partijen in nauw samenwerking met opleidingsverantwoordelijke.

Beheer van marketingmateriaal

  • Onze stock van onder andere relatiegeschenken beheren.
  • Nieuwe brochures opstellen of bestaande brochures aanpassen.

Samen met de Sales & Broker Administration Assistant de algemene administratieve ondersteuning aan de dienst Sales & Marketing voorzien.

As the successful Fundraising Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop the individuals' activation strategy and implement the resulting activities to achieve organizational objectives, including commitment and fundraising.

  • Keep up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.Identify new opportunities and take initiatives to develop this segment.
  • Ensure the qualitative collection and management of data, establish and analyze the appropriate KPIs and reporting, in collaboration with the Business Intelligence & Internal Control Lead, to assess performance, identify possible improvements, and take corrective action.
  • Involve all relevant internal and external stakeholders, and establish and maintain relationships of trust and collaboration to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Develop a cross-functional community of practice within the NGO to ensure compliance and best practice leading to efficiency gains.
  • Motivate and activate the volunteer network as part of engagement and fundraising activities.
