Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise to project teams and functions, offering technical guidance and scientific insight for new process development and process improvements.
- Ensure projects progress according to plan, diligently documenting and communicating results.
- Lead efforts in new product innovation, driving high-performance outcomes.
- Identify and spearhead evaluations of external process or manufacturing technologies and facilities.
- Scout and develop new process or product opportunities that contribute to business growth and create distinct value.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to subordinate groups.
- Support and adhere to corporate and local safety, food safety, and product safety policies and procedures.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most intricate matters to appropriate staff.
