The role

We are seeking a candidate who can take charge of project management, particularly in managing and maintaining our compliance mapping and platform development initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Spearhead our compliance endeavors, with a specific focus on working on ISO 27K certification and aligning with various cybersecurity frameworks (NIS2, CRA, DPA, MLPS, etc.).
  • You will support internal audit and external agencies on cybersecurity compliance assessments
  • You will identify and report on significant cybersecurity risks, thereby contributing to strategic planning for future projects.
  • You will provide support to customers on compliance inquiries and questionnaires.
  • Utilize your project management skills to ensure timely and excellent delivery of compliance-related projects, including managing external teams involved in these initiatives.
  • Innovatively build and modify processes to integrate security compliance, including incident reporting, effectively into our business operations and application development teams.Conducting training sessions to bolster staff knowledge and implementation of compliance controls.
  • Engage in effective communication with vendors regarding compliance-focused projects.


Skills & competences

  • Abachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or comparable experience.
  • Practical experience with frameworks like ISO 27k, NIS2, and others.
  • Proven experience working on multiple different projects.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of timely and quality deliverables.
  • Experience in a global company setting, with an understanding of varied international cyber legislative requirements.
  • Demonstrating a strong enthusiasm for overcoming challenges and a proactive approach to cybersecurity compliance.
  • Exhibiting leadership capabilities, capable of motivating teams.
  • Communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for forging and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Aproblem-solving attitude, resilient in the face of obstacles and eager to gain knowledge from hands-on experiences.
  • Proficient in organizational competencies, including effective planning, coordination, and time management.

As Program Manager, you’ll manage multiple major projects (concept, follow-up, implementation, evaluation, etc) to upgrade the governance between business and IT. 


Scope range, timing, budget and quality are managed in accordance with internal and external processes’ of the company.
The company will start with the following initiatives and are part of the program which is called “Gov5”:

  • Project 1 : Move Product Ownership to business in case it is currently still handled by IT
  • Project 2 : Structure the Demand and the Supply
    • Organize the Demand Portfolio around Strategic Benefits 
    • Organize the Supply in Domains with Products
  • Project 3 : Implement the result of Project 2 in 3 waves across the ~10 Domains and the ~7 Benefits 
  • Project 4 : Implement a solution on Jira to support the above structures
  • Project 5 : Adapt the financial set-up to be in line with the above structures
  • Project 6 : Align the HR job descriptions in line with the company's structure

 

Primary Tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Get the 6 projects delivered, clarify scope and synergies between the different sub-projects.
  • Manage the change trajectory, involving communication, training, documentation, coaching 
  • Respect mile stones of the projects.
  • Managing the risks and issues related to the roll-out.
  • Ensuring the compliance to standards and best practices across all Strategic Benefits & Domains.
  • Be proactive in proposing solutions and innovations.
  • Reporting progress, issues, risks etc.to the portfolio management.
  • Install a process of « roll-out review » to make sure the continuous qualitative delivery is assured from the “lessons learned”.
  • Follow-up on possible change and deliverables related feedback from the customer on continuous bases.

Secondary Tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Deploy and develop an active and consistent communication with different stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the operational functionality of the project groups and other stakeholders.
  • Help define the roles and responsibilities within every Benefit and Domain.
  • Self investment and participation to the creation of a « learning school » of the applied knowledge and tools used in the processes’ within different domains.

Tasks • Position may be responsible for operational controlling activities and/or Industrial costing and or operating/capital expenses • Partner closely with Finance Business Partners across GBUs, to provide cohesive and seamless support to Business Leaders • Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing and share monthly results with Finance Business Partners as well as Budget Owners • Prepare monthly commentary to explain variances between actual results and/or budget and forecasts • Ensure business owners are executing the budgeted plan, including tracking actuals, approval of projects & providing direction to business owners • Develop Opex and headcount forecasts for designated areas, in partnership with FBPs and Budget Owners • Oversee and ensure opening and closing of projects as well as the timely capitalization beside compliance with Sanofi methods and procedure regarding Asset Management • Ensure Standard Cost are calculated and manufacturing performance monitored • Identify risks and opportunities that affect the achievement of these forecasts • Track headcount on a monthly basis and compare to budgeted and forecasted vacancy rates, including trend analysis for key drivers of change • Track all assumptions built into budget and forecasts • Approve project spend and ensuring projects are budgeted properly, challenging where necessary  • Continuously challenge legacy ways of working, status quo; identify gaps, and recommend new ways of working • Increase Financial and business acumen • Ensure compliance with pertinent SOX controls  • Ensure compliance with all internal control requirements   • Promote efficiencies and improved ways of working across designated region and ensure best practice sharing  • Educate client groups on all aspects of financial policies and processes to ensure compliance   • Support all key Finance initiatives     • Ad hoc projects and analyses as required
