In this role, you will be responsible for the financial and commercial management of running projects and projects entering execution phase.You will hence be responsible for costs, income and cashflows as well as for commercial follow up of the projects, in close collaboration with the respective Project Managers.

Dit doe jij door:

• het opzetten en coördineren van projectdossiers samen met de Projectleiders en Program Managers

• het ingeven en opvolgen van de verschillende milestones in SAP/Excel gedurende het hele project

• het ingeven, updaten en controleren van de projectbudgetten zodat de financiële voortgang van de projecten opgevolgd kan worden

• het bieden van proactieve ondersteuning aan Projectleiders en Program Managers zodat zij de budgettaire, financiële en administratieve aspecten van projecten en hun planning effectiever kunnen beheren

• het verzorgen van de administratieve afhandeling en opvolging van inkoopaanvragen (RFQ’s), offertes, bestellingen, werkorders en leveringen om het aankoopproces te starten en ervoor te zorgen dat leveranciers bestellingen correct en binnen afgesproken termijnen verwerken

• het borgen dat alle aankoopdocumenten beschikbaar zijn (voorlopige of definitieve ontvangstbewijzen, veiligheidsclausules en certificaten) om het dossier te kunnen afsluiten

• het opstellen en bijwerken van werkprocedures met betrekking tot projectopvolging die worden gebruikt door alle collega’s om ervoor te zorgen dat iedereen gedetailleerd, transparant en consistent dossierbeheer uitvoert

Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om 2 à 3 dagen per week te telewerken.
