Je functie

  • Detecteer opportuniteiten bij jouw bestaande klantenportefeuille en vertaal de noden van de klant naar een gepaste maatwerk softwareoplossing
  • Wees verantwoordelijk voor business development binnen jouw segment
  • Bouw goede contacten en partnerships op met prospecten, klanten én leveranciers
  • Werk commerciële acties uit en werk aan een strategisch salesplan
  • Screen en onderhandel de contractvoorwaarden in samenwerking met de juridische dienst
  • Met jouw people management skills coach, leid en empower je jouw team en zorg je voor een correcte uitvoering zowel op financieel, technisch als planningsvak
  • Bewaak de klantentevredenheid tijdens de uitvoering van het project
  • Neem actief deel aan beurzen en overige evenementen
  • Bouw een netwerk uit binnen de VINCI groep en promoot jouw segment bij andere BU's
  • Volg marktevoluties en nieuwe technologieën op binnen je vakgebied

Je profiel

  • Master in een ICT-richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minimum 5 jaar ervaring in sales
  • Een passie voor ICT
  • Kennis van de actuele wet- en regelgeving mbt contractmanagement
  • Een netwerk van contacten binnen onze sector is een pluspunt
  • Klantgericht zijn, denken in oplossingen en opportuniteiten, en een analytische geest
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een goede beheersing van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans
  • Teamplayer met sterk doorzettingsvermogen, gedreven om te scoren

Commercial

  • First point of contact for customers via emails, phone, trade shows, prospection journeys
  • Together with your colleagues, draw up an annual commercial action plan to generate sales in a market segment entrusted to you, guarantee its follow-up and measure its profitability.
  • Guarantee the development, follow-up and creation of a customer and prospect file within the market segment and the follow-up of the data in the customer file.
  • Identify new potential projects or clients.
  • Prepare and follow-up a monthly prospect schedule.
  • Organize on-site visits.

Creation of global commercial offers

  • Defining the customer's needs in order to create personalized offers.
  • Check the solvency of the customer with financial department.
  • Initiate negotiations with the customer in a timely manner and be responsible for the follow-up of the quotation until the confirmation by signature on the agreement, all this in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Take care of details regarding the quotation to generate correct invoices.
  • Ensuring that the client's budget is respected and that the result-related objectives of the company are not compromised.

  • Be able to anticipate the changing markets and to constantly make adequate proposals of products and services.
  • Participate annually in the preparation of the company's communication plan in accordance with the promotions undertaken in the targeted market segment.

  • Be a proactive representative of the organization and the group GL-events.
