Today, the Medical Compliance team is looking for a new person to join their team to help with the coordination of project & processes (administratively, communicatively).
Omschrijving
As the Project Administration Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
- Follow-up of (scientific) projects and documents
- Assemble all necessary documents for publications and projects
- Coordinate and follow-up certain request and assemble approvals from the necessary parties
- Archive and order cases/files
- Translations French-Dutch(-English)
- Prepare meeting materials for the Director of the department (presentations layout, documents, etc.)
