Functieomschrijving
- Operating the CNC and saw machines.
- Detecting and reporting machine malfunctions.
- Checking the quality of the profiles to be produced and verifying the dimensions and correct milling of finished profiles.
- Assembling and adjusting cutting tools, positioning and securing workpieces, and setting machining parameters (such as speed, progress, feed, and lubrication).
- Performing preventive and corrective basic maintenance on machines and equipment.
- Starting up and monitoring the production process (including pre-production and series production).
- Cleaning and packaging the finished materials.
Profiel
- You speak very good Dutch or English.
- You have an A2 diploma in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- You have experience in the production of aluminum and PVC windows and doors.
- You have excellent knowledge of Excel; knowledge of Camplus is a plus.
- You are results-oriented and have an eye for technical details, quality, and precision.
- You are flexible and work both independently and efficiently.
