Position Overview:

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the social media channels for Lavafields brands (Riviera & Bar, Fri.Fri) and distribution brands (Mill, Bissell).You will liaise with the marketing teams to understand the marketing and promotions calendar, brainstorm content ideas, provide input to the creative production process, post the content, and measure the impact of social media campaigns.As a part of the digital marketing team, you will own paid social media campaigns and be responsible for the impact and ROAS (Return On Ad Spend).

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to increase visibility, engagement, and traffic.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Curate and create engaging content across various platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule using scheduling tools.

Audience Engagement and Community Building:

  • Respond to comments, questions, and messages promptly.
  • Foster meaningful connections to strengthen brand loyalty and community engagement.

Monitoring, Analysis, and Optimization:

  • Track key metrics to gauge performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Optimize campaigns and content based on insights from analytics tools.

Campaign Development and Collaboration:

  • Create and manage promotional campaigns to drive specific actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive brand messaging and execution.

  • Obtains product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies.
  • Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
  • Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales and marketing.
  • Completes market operational requirements by scheduling technical trainings of employees and third party salespeople of new products; following up on work results.
  • Maintains product management results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising sales results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Prospects, initiates and follows up new sales projects in the market in a progressive, consistent and structural way.
