As the successful General Manager.NGO - Healthcare field.Belgium, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:

  • Advisory Role:
    • Take the lead in preparing and implementing advisory actions, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
    • Manage the publication process in the official bulletin, adhering to BNB regulations.
    • Manage all the communications aspects of the organization - internal & external communications.
  • Finance and Accounting:
    • Conduct periodic reviews of financial statements, ensuring a thorough understanding of balance sheet management.
    • Maintain relationships with financial institutions, managing banking affairs on behalf of the organization.
    • Oversee and manage tax inspections, reviewing and ensuring follow-ups.
    • Profit and Loss Management
    • Coordinate the collaboration with external entities for accounting services.
    • Facilitate external reviews & Audits to ensure the organization's financial health and compliance.
  • Scientific Project Management:
    • Coordination of the scientific advisory councils.
    • Administer the platform for project funding requests.
    • Relationship management with the public entities & universities.
    • Manage the annual project submissions, ensuring thorough selection processes.
    • Collaborate closely with the board on financial and scientific reporting.
    • Management of the CRM tools.
  • Personnel Management:
    • Provide leadership in the day-to-day administration of the organization.
    • Lead the recruitment processes.
