Jobomschrijving

The Export Area Manager will have the following main tasks:

  • Follow-up of current business The follow-up of the current business through the existing network of exclusive agents overseas and clients, for all the aspects of the business in progress.
  • Communicate and coordinate with our overseas Exclusive Agents to maintain a strong and reactive professional relationship with them.
  • Carry out current tasks such as order forecasts, product enquiry, possible information request in coordination with the other departments of the company (general management, R&D, sales administration.) with an efficient follow-up of their feedback.
  • Implement action plans on commercial issues, in line with the business development strategy and schedule of the company.
  • Raise efficiency through commercial enquiries, follow-up of orders and development of the product range.Analyze the global or targeted market trends for nutritional products.
  • Provide global or targeted data on local competition and product range.
  • Collect and analyze adequate market information to enrich our bench-marking approach.Prospection After a preliminary period of training on the company’s activity (product range & product development, production process, commercial relationship…), the Area Manager will take directly part to the prospection of new markets with the mission to increase the portfolio of exclusive agents.
It includes analyze of new markets, documentary market survey, contact with the AWEX board, selection of potential exclusive agents, visit of prospects for introducing our company’s activity own-branded products ranges, with regular report to the management.

Als Sales Manager Europe zal je een cruciale rol spelen bij de uitbreiding van ons Europese distributienetwerk en bij de oprichting van onze toekomstige Europese filialen.

  • Je voert de commerciële actieplannen uit in lijn met het strategische plan en het budget van het bedrijf.
  • Door de ontwikkeling van uitstekende relaties met bestaande en nieuwe distributiepartners ondersteun je de uitbreiding van Europese markten en export.De klanten zijn gelokaliseerd in België en Nederland en exporteren van daaruit naar heel Europa.
  • Je prospecteert actief de gekozen landen en breidt zelf het distributienetwerk verder uit in deze gebieden.Hierbij stippel je de strategie uit per land en bepaal je de juiste distributiekanalen waarbij per land een partner netwerk wordt uitgebouwd.
  • De salesactiviteiten in de vooropgestelde exportmarkten volg je op.
  • Je ontwikkelt en leidt een team van business developers verantwoordelijk voor de go-to-market in landen waar filialen uitgebouwd worden.
  • Met klanten en partners onderhandel je over contracten en overeenkomsten.
  • Samenwerking met interne teams zoals marketing, productontwikkeling, sales, supply chain management en finance is zeer belangrijk.
  • Je beheert het budget en de forecast om winstgevendheid en groei te garanderen.
  • Je zorgt voor een analyse en follow-up van verkoop- en marktgegevens om het succes van de bedrijfsstrategie te evalueren.Plannen en budget pas je aan indien nodig.
