As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee your files from A to Z, working alongside a team and reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the General Ledger for your files with the support of a small team;
• Handling treasury management for the entities;
• Monitoring client payments;
• Making provisions for month/quarterly and year-end closings in collaboration with the Finance Manager;
• Proposing improvements to management;
• Acting as a point of contact for business managers and external auditors for your files;
• Ensuring compliance with all fiscal requirements such as VAT, CIT, statistics of the NBB, etc.;
• Preparing annual accounts with support from auditors;
• Collaborating with the Finance Manager to prepare management reports;
• Entering figures into the consolidation tool for intercompany crosschecks and providing data for consolidation managed by the reporting specialist.

The HR Administrator will be responsible for:

• Taking care of on- and off-boarding processes throughout the company (7 different entities across Belgium and Luxembourg)
• Preparing the payroll together with another colleague, and the external partner
• Managing the benefits (insurances, lunch vouchers, fleet and mobility plan management)
• Acting as a central point of contact on HR-related matters such as maternity, sickness leave, contract & payroll issues, benefits, training needs, etc.
• Ensuring a regular and accurate booking of employee documentation in the HR system, when necessary, and managing international transfers
