M+A Matting, a global leader in innovative floor mat solutions, is looking for a Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) As part of our dynamic and international sales team, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking new business, managing key accounts, and driving growth in various market segments such as online resellers, hygiene services, cleaning companies, and industrial clients. This is a newly created role with a clear strategic focus and long-term vision Your responsibilities. Business Development: Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities within the DACH region, with a strong focus on hunting and market development Account Management: Inherit and grow a small but promising client portfolio, ensuring high customer satisfaction and continuity Market Expansion: Strengthen and expand our presence across the region by building partnerships with distributors, online resellers, laundries, and more Sales Strategy Execution: Implement 30-60-90 day plans with clear goals on activities and market coverage (not bonus-driven, but focused on impact and activity) Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with our Sales Director and a small, agile team of 5 people to ensure alignment and follow-up
