The Challenge

• Interact with multiple stakeholders (business, architecture, functional engineers, management and developers) in order to achieve success.
• Show and develop your professional expertise regarding software development and its lifecycle.
• Apply a holistic approach in your work effort, being a switch between the stakeholders mentioned above and create value propositions.
• Maintain standards, venture in new concepts, help to prototype and adopt new methodologies and solution patterns.
• Steer the adoption and evolution of engineering tools (reg.API management, code quality, monitoring …)
• Join the engineering communities (Cloud, Java,NET, Angular, AXA global software community) and actively participate in the Dev.Ops and Cloud journeys.
• Launch initiatives that increase the overall technical maturity of the Finance & Risk features and even broader at Domain level.
• Able to coach and provide support to the development team to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Build an internal network that allows you to stay connected with the transversal it teams: engineering excellence, cloud, SDA, security, communications, data and more.
