Responsibilities:
- Incident Management: Scope and prioritize incidents from various teams/departments, applying your technical acumen to resolve issues promptly.Clearly define next steps and ensure necessary actions are taken.
- Knowledge Enhancement: Update and maintain our knowledgebase, sharing insights and expertise to empower the team and reduce the number of incidents.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, development teams, and operators to prioritize bug fixes and improve the overall release management process.
- Technical Support: Provide guidance to QA, Operations, and other teams to support tandem platform interoperability.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for DSTNY teams, enhancing their technological proficiency to minimize ticket escalation.
- Vendor Engagement: Foster relationships with vendors, contributing to architecture development and addressing escalated production issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify and contribute to process improvements within the Engineering BE team, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
- Collaboration with Product Management: Work closely with the commercial product manager to align technical strategies with business goals.
