Process Reliability Specialist DACH & Benelux (m/f/d)

This role requires fluency in German and English language.
This role supports the European Supply Chain with Process reliability program, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives by developing analysis on productivity and cost performance.
This role's primary aim is to support the SCEx, Operations and EU Engineering team to improve safety, process reliability of plants, equipment availability and to implement standards created elsewhere in the network.

Major Key Accountabilities
  • Strive for zero accident
  • Support project teams and relevant internal and external stakeholders to deliver regional projects/programs
  • Conduct ongoing reports and statistical analysis to confirm validity of project assumptions.
  • Lead projects for equipment maintenance development and for optimization of energy consumption, create action plans to increase reliability and monitor performance vs.plans.
  • Lead Action plan from the PR calls and ensure actions are timely closed (project management)
  • Ensure capture and analysis of production data, maintenance data and equipment work histories, to provide recommendations.
  • Create standards validated by the EU Engineering team and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to create or update standards as required to provide high levels of safety and equipment availability to our internal customers.
  • Train & support other functions on their development of an excellence culture
  • Problem Solving & Root causing with the team to prevent issues
