Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled CRO & UX Specialist to join our team in Belgium.As a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) & UX (User Experience) Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for optimizing our digital platforms to enhance user experience, increase conversions, and drive business growth.Your expertise in CRO techniques, UX research, and data analysis will be crucial in shaping our online strategies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of user behavior, conversion funnels, and website/landing pages performance using web analytics tools and user research methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven hypotheses to optimize website elements, landing pages, and conversion paths.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and make data-informed decisions to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Development, and Lead Gen, to implement CRO strategies and enhance our web environment functionality and usability.
- Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests, to gain insights into user needs, pain points, and preferences.
- Analyze user research findings to inform UX design decisions and provide recommendations for enhancing user engagement.
- Monitor online performance metrics, conversion rates, and user feedback to identify areas for further optimization and prioritize initiatives accordingly.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRO and UX design to continuously improve online performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate CRO and UX insights, results, and recommendations effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRO, UX research, or UX design roles.
- Strong understanding of CRO principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
