You assist the sales team with managing Tier 2/3 accounts or, to Tier 1 customers under the authority of the (Regional) Sales Manager, providing timely and qualitative input to grow account(s) potential and generate increased sales.
Yopu act as an active back up to the Logistics and Supply Chain specialist in arranging inbound/outbounds or sample shipment during her absence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Grows relationship with existing allocated accounts ensuring high satisfaction and aiming at increased business opportunities and revenues.Expands relationship to new prospects or potential customers.
- Supports the sales team in the definition of budget, annual targets and realisation of company’s KPIs.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and reporting of marketing, sales, supply chain activities.
- Provides excellent and "right in time" customer and team support and functional advice to the customers, responding to their questions and issues, following up on information sharing and product logistics.
- Contributes to other projects in different domains like marketing, logistics, quality, administration etc.
-Solves daily ad-hoc issues and occasionally some complex problems with the support of the sales/application team
- Proposes and implements improvements.Leads projects under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
- Able to set and negotiate product prices and delivery terms within pre-defined ranges.
SCOPE
Executes and manages the strategy towards selected accounts under the supervision of the Sales Manager.Supports team members.
Ensures efficient daily operations in own area of responsibility.
Contributes towards KPIs achievement of the team.
