Commercial

  • First point of contact for customers via emails, phone, trade shows, prospection journeys
  • Together with your colleagues, draw up an annual commercial action plan to generate sales in a market segment entrusted to you, guarantee its follow-up and measure its profitability.
  • Guarantee the development, follow-up and creation of a customer and prospect file within the market segment and the follow-up of the data in the customer file.
  • Identify new potential projects or clients.
  • Prepare and follow-up a monthly prospect schedule.
  • Organize on-site visits.

Creation of global commercial offers

  • Defining the customer's needs in order to create personalized offers.
  • Check the solvency of the customer with financial department.
  • Initiate negotiations with the customer in a timely manner and be responsible for the follow-up of the quotation until the confirmation by signature on the agreement, all this in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Take care of details regarding the quotation to generate correct invoices.
  • Ensuring that the client's budget is respected and that the result-related objectives of the company are not compromised.

Promotion-marketing

  • Be able to anticipate the changing markets and to constantly make adequate proposals of products and services.
  • Participate annually in the preparation of the company's communication plan in accordance with the promotions undertaken in the targeted market segment.
  • Participate in all promotional and prospecting operations int the context of fairs, workshops and organized by SQUARE-Brussels convention Center.
  • Be a proactive representative of the organization and the group GL-events.
