De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je werkt samen met belanghebbenden om de product roadmap te definiëren en te communiceren.
  • Je faciliteert inzicht in de haalbaarheid/doorlooptijd van de verschillende projecten, door overzicht te creëren van de inspanning, prioritering en resources.
  • Je onderhoudt en prioriteert de product backlog op basis van opdrachtgeverbehoeften, markttrends en bedrijfsdoelen.
  • Je bewaakt de product backlog en maakt afwegingen tussen verschillende features en functies.
  • Je faciliteert en neemt deel aan sprintplanningen, reviews en retrospectives.
  • Je verwijdert obstakels voor het ontwikkelingsteam en zorgt voor een optimale werkomgeving.
  • Je representeert het productteam bij vergaderingen en presentaties.
  • Oplossen van conflicten en het stimuleren van een positieve teamcultuur.
  • Je fungeert als technisch expert door kennis te delen met teamleden en bij te dragen aan technische besluitvorming.

  • Je beoordeelt technische- en/of functionele ontwerpen.
  • Je neemt de lead over een net opgestart project waarbij de huidige softwareapplicatie een transitie moet maken om te koppelen met middleware in plaats van de API's van de opdrachtgever.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancement Management: Work on improvements deployed in major and minor releases.
