Tasks of the Office & HR Manager:

  • Coordinating the daily and periodic HR operations (payroll tasks, HR administration, fleet management) while supporting the Management around strategic HR topics (retention, performance, employer branding etc.)
  • Coordinating the daily operations and the running of the office: ordering office supplies, assuring quality office, liaising with the building concierge, the suppliers and stakeholders and working closely with the head office (for facilities, IT and finance services)
  • Assisting the CEO and the business with administrative duties: handling agendas, coordinating projects where necessary, preparing documentations and presentations, assisting with correspondence and meetings coordination, handling travels arrangements, expense notes, etc.
  • Assisting with the organisation of seasonal events (agendas, invitations, logistics, etc.)
  • Leading ad-hoc administrative duties (reporting where necessary, database update, etc.)
