Our Aftermarket team, composed of about 30 employees, located on the Braine-l'Alleud site, is currently looking for a Product Manager to strengthen his team.You will be responsible for proactive management of product portfolio (over 2000 items) and you will be the technical person of reference for the sales team.What will you work on?

• Develop creative solutions to maximize market share
• Contribute to planning of production process and communication campaigns
• Manage systems and databases
• Contribute to portfolio definition and project planning
• Conduct training for sales personnel
• Participate in sales price promotion campaigns (up-sell, cross-sell promotions, sales, seasonal promotions, etc.)
• Participate in the development of product label designs

Our Aftermarket team, composed of about 30 employees, located on the Braine-l'Alleud site, is currently looking for a Product Analyst to strengthen his team.You will be responsible for one or two product lines in which over 2000 items are included and you will be the technical person of reference for the sales team.What will you work on?

• Manage the Product range development: launch of novelties, analysis of the competitive environment, keep level of product coverage and develop new items;
• Handle pricing: analysis of competitors price, analysis customers target price requests, margin control;
• Keep up-to-date information about the assortment (and prices) in the ERP system;
• Conduct training for sales personnel, as well as employees of partner companies at closed seminars and open venues as part of specially organized events;
• Conduct an economic study on the introduction of alternative suppliers, new products; on the development of new sales markets and improve the profitability ;
• Support formation of initial orders to suppliers, collaboration with Purchasing team;
• Participate in sales price promotion campaigns (up-sell, cross-sell promotions, sales, seasonal promotions, etc.)
• Participate in the development of product label designs, POS materials

Do you have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline?Would you like to develop your purchasing and negotiation skills?Then, this job is for you!Our multicultural Purchasing team, composed of 30 employees, located on the Braine-l'Alleud site, is currently looking for a Junior Buyer in field of mechanical components to strengthen the team.The Commodity Purchasing team is responsible for supplier benchmarking, evaluation, requests for quotation and supplier selection activity, as well as negotiations for mass production parts prices, terms and conditions.What will you work on?Supported by senior buyers and Purchasing Manager:

• Carry out market studies of candidate suppliers for specific categories of products in order to identify most suitable suppliers in term of Know-how, Quality , Delivery, Cost, Environnment
  • Benchmark European market to identify candidate suppliers
  • Utililise a Request for Information (RFI) process to understand suppliers’ capabilities
• Manage Request for Quotation (RFQ) process with selected suppliers, analyse proposals, report analysis and make recommendations for supplier selection.
• Prepare and negotiate cost and contract terms and conditions
• Carry out negotiation and investigate opportunities of cost optimization in mass production
• Participate in supplier evaluation of performance in mass production
• Present analyses in stuctured way to explain conclusions and make recommendations to management to gain approval
