We are looking for an extremely proactive person with a keen interest in technology, who is able to make suggestions for improvements and offer an opinion on new products or services.In addition, we are looking for a person with exceptional customer service skills, along with the ability to build effective working relationships with both team members and business users, and a flexible and committed approach to work.

Responsibilities:
· Primarily providing 1st and 2nd line onsite support in day-to-day consultation, training, onboarding, instruction, troubleshooting, problem-solving to computer users for hardware, software, network and related computer systems and peripheral devices.
· Manage incidents, requests and escalations in Service.NOW, compliant with ITIL.
· Onsite end-user support (hardware, peripherals, wired/wireless network, new pc installations, end user training and onboarding of new employees, meeting room AV assistance, cable patch management).
· Asset management and User Account management.
· Pro-active monitoring of local hardware assets (servers, network infrastructure, meeting room equipment).
· Server and client maintenance tasks.
· Client AV/Firewall management.
· WSUS management.
· Maintaining documentation (SOPs, standards and guidelines, training material).
· Assist in PO creation, orders and goods receiving.
· Assist in Workplace initiatives.
