- Serve as primary customer partner to boost solution adoption
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their goals and challenges
- Proactively address customer issues and provide timely solutions
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients, ensuring understanding of software features
- Communicate customer feedback and market trends to internal teams for product improvements
- Monitor customer usage patterns to identify feature enhancement opportunities
- Conduct training sessions, create/update educational materials, and host webinars for effective product utilisation
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with the sales team
