What You'll Do

Working as part of a dynamic team you will provide onsite support.

Some of the daily activities are:

• Providing onsite (at different customers sites) and remote support in the region of Mons.Charleroi
• Handling incidents and service requests for various business units, shops and warehouses 
• Executing different IMAC’s (Install, Moves, ADDs, changes …) 
• Carrying out extensive troubleshooting and problem solving 
• Support of client specific hardware (printers, hand scanners, meeting rooms,) 
• Provide support for integration projects 
• Providing after hours support (standby), in most cases by phone/remote support
• Logging of incident calls
• Participation in Techbar support
• On call:
  • Standard throughout the year: ±1 week per 4-5 weeks from 6:00am-8:00am and 5:00pm-8:00pm (compensated)
  • During July – August: 24/7 (compensated)
