Shape Operational Excellence as a CI Lean Manager at Our Willebroek Distribution Center
As a key member of the DC Leadership Team of Tenneco/Driv in Willebroek, the CI Lean Manager will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a Lean culture within our facility.This role involves planning, executing, and reporting on various improvement projects while maintaining compliance with legislative requirements.
Your Impact Zone: Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement optimization projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage the DMAIC methodology for corrective action plans, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
- Maintain and enhance Lean/CI Management Systems, introducing effective policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain EMEA DC metrics reporting set, utilizing data models for insightful analysis.
- Nurture a 5S culture, demonstrating innovation, creative behavior, and identifying improvement priorities.
- Collaborate with the management team to define and achieve improvement project targets through DMAIC.
- Conduct process mapping and prioritize improvements using 6 sigma methodologies.
- Organize toolbox meetings to inform and train the team on innovative processes.
- Act as an internal consultant on CI matters, providing expertise and advice on current and future requirements.
- Create and manage a follow-up tool/Dashboard for tracking and overseeing all site improvement projects.
