Bio. Mérieux is looking for a dynamic and proactive Customer Technical Support Specialist to join the Customer Service Support Team, covering the Flemish markets Main tasks:. In this role, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and service profitability by:. Providing remote technical and scientific support, including troubleshooting and field action completion to ensure the best remote fix rate Acting as a key contact for internal and external customer requests to ensure the highest level of customer experience and satisfaction Leading troubleshooting analysis, diagnosing issues, delivering solutions, or planning field interventions when needed Preparing service work orders and ensuring smooth coordination between remote and field service teams Reporting all events in the ERP system to ensure traceability in accordance with company quality standards and regulations Updating the installed base and knowledge base with relevant information Identifying service opportunities (training, connectivity, service contracts) and informing the sales team of customer needs, risks, or leads Supporting the implementation of new products, methodologies, and processes, and contributing to continuous improvement Performing repairs and calibrations in the in-house workshop if needed Joining Field Service Engineers on-site for installations and maintenance activities as part of continuous learning.
