Reporting directly to the Managing Director and with a dotted line to our Chief People Officer, you will collaborate on global HR initiatives while addressing local HR needs.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partner: Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, driving workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational design.HR Administration: Handle all administrative HR tasks, including recruitment, policies, contracts, local compliance, health and safety, case management, and pension administration.Project Leadership: Implement global HR projects and initiatives locally, such as HR software rollouts, process harmonization, and employee engagement surveys.Culture & Development: Build trustful relationships with leaders and foster a culture of open communication, feedback, and employee development.Advisory Role: Act as a consultant to senior managers on employment related topics, organizational structure, and salary structures, while ensuring compliance with local laws.Collaboration: Partner with HR colleagues across global locations to develop and implement best practices tailored to local needs.
