Sales Performance Analyst
We are looking for a Sales Performance Analyst to strengthen our Sales Structure team in Brussels!
Your responsibilities
Draw insights and actionable recommendations to reach business objectives to all levels of the organization by:
- Using your data-driven mind to fine-tune our sales strategy and to help our teams focus on key improvement areas
- Creating top-quality reporting & visuals to be used by our full sales organization
- Driving performance by educating all users on how to draw insights & take concrete actions
- Developing & maintaining our data tools & models (Power.BI & Dataflows)
- Monitoring the relevancy of our reporting and improving where possible
- Performing ad-hoc analysis for the management team
Your Profile
- Min.5 years experience in an analytical role required
(Consulting/Start-up preferred) - Advanced knowledge of Excel & Power BI
- Natural high attention to details while maintaining focus and pace
- Excellent communicator, both oral and in writing
- Good understanding of business drivers
- Proactive, creative, open-minded and solution oriented
- Fluent in English, and in Dutch or French

As our sales performance analyst, you will be joining the Sales Performance Team based in our HQ in Brussels and will have daily interactions with the Sales organization.
