Your Mission
Your main focus is to make the process of restocking finished goods for the CDC more efficient by fostering a strong and proactive partnership with our suppliers.This not only helps us meet our operational goals in safety, health, environment (SHE), quality, service, cost, and people but also adds a positive touch to our daily tasks, including the careful management of finished products destined for export.
What you will do
- You foster and actively maintain strong collaboration with both our suppliers and local factory to enhance the efficiency of the replenishment process.
- You proactively monitor the timely and complete availability of purchased products in coordination with subsidiaries and external suppliers.
- You proactively track the timely and complete availability of manufactured products in coordination with our local planning and production departments.
- You collaborate on both internal and external transport planning alongside our shipping department.
- You engage in collaborative efforts related to warehousing and loading activities with the warehouse department.
- You reduce the number of complaints directed towards our suppliers to elevate our overall service level, incorporating the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- You ensure the efficient administrative treatment and follow-up of Purchase Orders, Backorders, and Rush orders.
- You manage stock effectively, considering principles such as FIFO, aging, service level, and stock level.
- You administer the resolution of non-conformities, including returns to vendors and product destruction processes.
- You ensure compliance with all applicable legal regulations and international food safety standards, encompassing safety, working conditions, environment, and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
