Jouw taken

• Boekhouding van A to Z, o.a.verwerken van aankoopfacturen, rekeninguittreksels, betalingen, diverse boekingen.
• Zorgvuldig beheren van debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie.
• Maandelijkse loonadministratie.
• Assisteren bij maandafsluitingen en jaarafsluitingen.
• Assisteren van BTW-aangifte.
• Opmaak budgetplannen en financiële rapporten en analyses.
• Beantwoorden van vragen en oplossen van problemen bij klanten.
• Actief bijdragen aan de financiële gezondheid en groei van de onderneming.

Naast het begeleiden van juniors, wordt van jou verwacht dat je een actieve rol speelt in het verbeteren van onze dienstverlening en het uitbreiden van onze expertise.Dit omvat het werken met klanten, waarbij je hen voorziet van hoogwaardig advies en oplossingen die aansluiten bij hun behoeften.

Voorbereiden van vennootschap en personenbelasting aangiftes. Onder toezicht van een teamleader zal jij instaan voor een portefeuille van 25 à 35 klantendossiers;Inboeken van aankoop en verkoopfacturen. Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

Als dossierbeheerder sta je in voor volgend takenpakket:

• Volledige boekhouding van vennootschappen en eenmanszaken
• Opmaak en indienen van de BTW-aangifte
• Controle, inboeken en opvolging van alle inkomende en uitgaande facturen
• Diverse financiële verrichtingen zoals het verwerken van bankuittreksels
• Opmaak van de periodieke afsluitingen en eindafsluiting
• Verwerken en indienen van personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting
