The Brand Coordinator is in charge of increasing sales, for the truck range for which he is responsible, through commercial offers corresponding to customer needs, at competitive prices and in compliance with margin objectives.At the same time, he plays a competitive intelligence role in order to better understand and anticipate the needs of our customers and prospects on the market.
As Brand Coordinator Trucks, you perform the following tasks, among others:
- Interface between Volvo and our subsidiaries in Africa ;
- Seek the best technical solution from our partners and bodybuilders to respond as accurately as possible to customer requests ;
- Configuration of trucks in the Volvo System and integration of Customer specificities as needed ;
- Ensure the pricing of trucks and equipment ;
- Drafting of clear and attractive offers with flawless traceability as to the margins set ;
- Production and sending of standardized prices to our subsidiaries (stock models and the most common configurations) ;
- Follow up on orders in collaboration with the Sales and the Logistics departments ;
- Maintain a lasting relationship with external service providers (bodybuilders, equipment manufacturers) ;
- Pricing negotiations with Volvo and other suppliers ;
- Carrying out market studies, price studies, etc.;
- Maintain clear and detailed monitoring of truck activity as a whole (sales, orders, stocks, forecast) while centralizing the various data from other departments ;
- Monthly inform the manufacturers of the state of our commercial activity ;
- Maintain and implement the tools to carry out the various follow-ups ;
- Participate in truck strategy.
