Functieomschrijving
- You participate actively in our business development through active prospection and networking
- You strengthen existing and develop long term and trusted professional relationships with clients through direct contact with their senior management and an in-depth knowledge of the organisation
- You identify, screen, evaluate and follow up middle and higher management profiles in their career evolution
- You offer project opportunities to our project managers
- You are responsible for the selection procedure : from assignment intake, profile presentation to the closing.
- You follow up on ongoing missions by guiding and supporting both our project managers and clients
- You update and manage our database

- University degree
- You have just graduated or have a couple of years of relevant experience
- You are an excellent communicator with a good sense of judgment in combination with strong commercial and service-oriented skills
- You are able to network and negotiate effectively at management level
