For our client in the MIDDELKERKE region, we are looking for a HANDYMAN/WOMAN for outdoor work.
Our client manages 3 sites/parks in the Middelkerke area. It is a high-quality park that is open all year round.
As a HANDYMAN/WOMAN OUTDOOR WORKER in MIDDELKERKE, your tasks will include:
- Carrying out various jobs on the campsite;
- ALWAYS working OUTDOORS on the campsites;
- Laying out and maintaining plots, tiling terraces, and installing gates;
- Connecting caravans (e.g., installing drainage, small electrical and HVAC connections);
- Painting, building playgrounds, green maintenance, and general repairs;
- Installing parking posts;
- Moving between the 3 sites in Middelkerke;
- Closing off the underside of caravans with wood (kneeling work).

As a HANDYMAN/WOMAN OUTDOOR WORKER in MIDDELKERKE, you recognize yourself in the following:
- You are handy and a true all-rounder;
- Outdoor work is no problem for you, as you will hardly ever work indoors;
- You hold a valid driving license B, enabling you to travel between the parks;
- You are physically fit, able to kneel, and have no physical complaints;
- You have knowledge of electricity, HVAC, tiling, and green maintenance – you are truly a do-it-yourself type.

Aanbod
As a HANDYMAN/WOMAN OUTDOOR WORKER in MIDDELKERKE, our client offers you:
- An attractive salary between €18 and €23 (negotiable);
- Meal vouchers worth €8/day;

- Kilometer allowance + work clothing;
- 40h/week – 08:00 to 16:30;
- 12 ADV days on top of 20 vacation days;
- Monday to Friday (no weekend or public holiday work);
- On-call rotation system – €150/week gross + hours can be taken as time off in lieu;
