Your Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Engine Services, you will be required to perform the following:
- Engine Incoming Inspection
- Engine Storage, Humidity Checks and Humidity Corrections
- Engine Preservation
- Engine Boroscope inspection
- Engine Boroblending
- Engine handling, QEC removal and installation
- Engine inspection at major module level, Inventory Checks and Lease Return Work Scope (LRWS) / C-Checks iaw B-rating
- Engine Identification Plug TST/REP iaw C-rating
- Replacement of external engine parts
- Maintain and operate ES tooling
- Maintain and follow-up of local products
Profiel
- Full understanding of ATA 100 system and working knowledge of interactions between AMM, ESM, CMM
- Capability of reading, understanding and implementation of service bulletins and airworthy documentation
- Ability to converse and understand English language at a high level
- High level of reading and writing technical English is a must
- High level of computer literacy will be required for daily tasks
- Have the ability to work within a small team and act independently when required
- You have a part 66 B1, B1/B2, B1/C or B1/B2/ C license or equivalent shop training/experience on CFM56 and/or V2500 and/or LEAP 1A/1B engines
