Infrastructure & Operations Lead - Your Role- Lead the daily operations ofTechOpsand Internal IT teams, ensuring service continuity and operational reliability
- Coordinate infrastructure initiatives, operational priorities, incident management, and escalation processes across critical environments
- Contribute hands-on to the evolution ofLinux-based production infrastructures, virtualization platforms, container environments, and private cloud solutions
- Drive automation, monitoring, observability, andInfrastructure as Codepractices using tools such as Ansible and Terraform
- Oversee DNS, networking, database, and security-related operations while ensuring compliance with operational and resilience standards
- Promote collaboration across infrastructure, software engineering, security, and architecture teams while driving continuous operational improvement
Profiel
Infrastructure & Operations Lead - Your Profile
- Degree inComputer Science, IT, or a related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience leading infrastructure or operational teams within complex production environments
- Strong background in Linux administration, cloud infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and operational delivery
- Experience with automation, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring platforms, and distributed infrastructure environments
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English with the ability to create structure, accountability, and operational clarity across teams
