Functieomschrijving
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Manage budgets, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
- Identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions.
- Guarantee quality standards and compliance with company processes and methodologies.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future performance.
Profiel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager 3 in IT
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in French & English OR Dutch & English.
