Description:
Become a key player in for a growth client as an ERP Application Support. Leverage your technical expertise and knowledge of the glass industry to support our customers in their digital transformation.
Your responsibilities:
- Be the expert: Provide high-level support to our customers, helping them get the most out of our ERP solutions.
- Share your knowledge: Transfer your know-how to internal teams and customers, and help train new employees.
Be an ambassador: Represent our company to our international customers and contribute to our development abroad.
Profiel
Your profile:
- Industry expert: You have solid experience in the glass industry and are familiar with production, inventory management and logistics processes.
- Multilingual: You are at ease speaking and writing in French and English, and ideally speak a third language (Spanish, Italian).
- Adaptable: You are able to travel abroad and adapt to a variety of cultural environments.
