CBTW is looking for motivated and ambitious UX/UI designers to join our amazing Product Design Tribe.
What is your role?

What are your responsibilities?
- Participate in ideation and requirements gathering workshops
- Participate in regular design/development meetings
- Support the design of wireframes or design the wireframes
- Support the design of clickable (high- and low- fidelity) prototypes
- Design pixel-perfect key screens for web / mobile
- Gain a deep understanding of product specifications and user psychology
- Conduct comprehensive concept and usability testing while actively seeking valuable feedback
- Craft wireframes and prototypes that cater to the needs of our customers
- Innovate creative solutions to tackle complex UX problems, ensuring optimal usability and findability
- Create personas & user journey mapping
Profiel
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Between 3-8 years of experience in the job
- Trilingual (french/dutch/english) is a significant advantage
- Hold a bachelor’s or a master’s degree
- A digital experience is a must for this role
- A first experience in consulting is a plus
