• An associate's or Bachelor's degree in Automotive or a related field with knowledge about vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• Understanding vehicle specifications and requirements for transporting goods.
• Proficiency in diagnosing issues in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to independently repair engines, drivetrains, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Expertise in performing routine maintenance and inspection tasks according to established procedures.
• Previous experience with FIAT and/or IVECO = very big plus!
