Our client, a biotech company based in Zwijnaarde, is a global biotechnology enterprise bringing innovative CAR-T cell therapy to Ghent. With this initiative, the company makes a daily difference in the lives of many patients suffering from cancer and other life-threatening diseases. They are currently in a phase of strong growth and are seeking motivated and dedicated team members.

• Work in a shift regime, while being comfortable rotating across all nine possible shifts:
• 6:00–16:00, 07:00-17:00, 08:00-18:00, 09:00-19:00, 10:00–20:00, 12:00–22:00, 14:00–00:00, 16:00–02:00 + future night shift.
• We have collective leave: 6 days in summer and 2 days in winter, so everyone can take a well-deserved break at the same time. You can schedule your remaining vacation days freely.
